As a veteran of the financial advisory business for more than 40 years, Russ began his career as an advisor with his own practice, then embarked on a career in regional management. He managed the Denver, Rocky Mountain region as the Regional CEO for 12 of the 18 years he worked in that field.
Russ helped create Sagemark Consulting Private Wealth Services, a legacy Osaic FA organization, of top planners who focus on clients in the high-net-worth (HNW) market. He continues in that capacity on the HNW Client Acquisition team. The team offers training, coaching, and support to deliver a best-in-class advisor experience for meeting top-tier clients’ objectives. They help advisors turn HNW prospects into clients, collaborating with financial professionals to design and implement comprehensive and holistic financial plans.
