Sierra Lindman Marshall began her career at Marshall Wealth Advisors in January 2023 and serves as an Associate Planner, supporting comprehensive, multi-generational planning for individuals and families. She brings a thoughtful, people-centered perspective to her work, shaped by both academic training and meaningful real-world experience.
Sierra holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Westmont College. Following college, she lived abroad in Ireland, where she served as a hospital chaplain and worked as a resettlement coordinator for displaced teenage Afghan women. These experiences deepened her ability to listen, anticipate needs, and support individuals and families navigating complex life transitions—skills that directly inform her approach to financial planning.
At Marshall Wealth Advisors, Sierra has demonstrated a strong aptitude for finance and multi-generational wealth planning. She holds her General Securities License (Series 7), Investment Adviser Representative License (Series 66), Life & Health Insurance licenses, and is a Certified Business Exit Consultant® (CBEC®). As a Certified Business Exit Consultant, Sierra is trained to help privately held business owners prepare for and navigate the complex process of transitioning or exiting their businesses. She is committed to carrying forward the firm’s legacy of thoughtful, relationship-driven planning established by her father, John Marshall.
Outside of work, Sierra enjoys volunteering with Young Life and her church, dominating her co-workers at pickleball and spending time with her two younger sisters.
